3. License Grant

HideMyAndroid grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Service on one device at a time.

Prohibited Activities:

• Sharing your license with others
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the application
• Using the application for any illegal purposes
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers
• Attempting to bypass license verification systems
• Distributing or selling the application without authorization

4. Lawful Use

HideMyAndroid is designed to protect your privacy by:

• Hiding personal data from excessive data-collecting applications
• Preventing device fingerprinting
• Protecting your digital identity

Important: Users remain solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. HideMyAndroid does not encourage or endorse any illegal activities.

5. Payment & Subscription

HideMyAndroid offers the following subscription plans:

• Trial: 15-day free trial
• Monthly: 1 month access
• Quarterly: 3 months access
• Yearly: 1 year access

Subscriptions do not automatically renew. You will need to manually renew your subscription when it expires.

Price changes require 30 days' notice and apply only to future purchases, not current subscriptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to the source code, design, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of HideMyAndroid and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users acquire no ownership rights through the use of the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

HideMyAndroid does not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or applications
• That the Service will meet all your requirements

HideMyAndroid shall not be liable for any damages, data loss, or third-party actions arising from the use of the Service.

8. Termination

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

HideMyAndroid reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these Terms of Service. No refund is guaranteed for breach-related terminations.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to the Service shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties before any legal proceedings are initiated.

10. Changes to Terms

HideMyAndroid reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
